Don’t Forget to Schedule an Annual Physical for Your Student-Athlete

Physicals are good for one calendar year, so Maranatha is once again partnering with Exer Urgent Care to offer free physicals to our student-athletes. Parents will find information and can schedule an appointment with Exer using the link or QR code on this flyer. Additionally, they must download and print the physical form HERE and take it to the appointment to be completed by the medical staff. Parents can upload the completed form (located under Medical Summary Form on myMHS) this summer, or email it to Alicia Vessey at a_vessey@mhs-hs.org. 

 

Exer is offering complimentary physicals to Maranatha student-athletes from May 1 through August 31 only. Of course, parents are welcome to make an appointment with their primary care physician if they prefer.
