It’s Not Too Late to Join Dressember and Make an Impact!
There’s still time to be part of Maranatha’s Dressember initiative and help bring awareness to the fight against human trafficking!
Dressember is a global movement that uses fashion to advocate for freedom, and by participating, our students can make a meaningful difference in this important cause.
Every December, advocates commit to wearing a dress or tie to raise funds and awareness to end human trafficking. At Maranatha, students can join this movement and “dress up” each day in December. If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s easy to get started and make your voice heard.
How to Participate:
Click this LINK to the Maranatha Dressember fundraising page.
Click “Become an Advocate” in the upper right-hand corner, then “Join Team” (be sure to include your first and last name).
Donate a minimum of $10 to participate.
Share your personal fundraising page with family and friends to support this worthy cause.
Your participation not only helps Maranatha meet its goal but also supports the global efforts to end human trafficking and provide hope for survivors.
Reminder: Dressember Dress Code Girls and boys, be sure to review the guidelines outlined in last week’s Minutegram to ensure your attire meet expectations. Students who have not signed up as advocates are required to attend school in their regular uniform.
Although Dressember dress-up days end on December 13 at Maranatha, the fight continues through the end of the month. So, let’s finish strong! If you have any questions or need help signing up, please reach out to Mrs. Orr at p_orr@mhs-hs.org.
Let’s stand together in style and make a difference!
