Schedule Your Student-Athlete’s Annual Physical Today!

For your convenience, Maranatha is renewing its partnership with Exer Urgent Care, providing free physical examinations specifically for our student-athletes. This offer is only valid from May 1 through August 31. To take advantage of this opportunity, parents should use the link or scan the QR code found on this flyer to book an appointment.

Please remember to download and print out the physical examination form available HERE. This form must be filled out by the medical professional at Exer during your appointment. Once completed, it can be uploaded to myMHS under the Medical Summary Form section or emailed directly to Alicia Vessey at a_vessey@mhs-hs.org.

While we are pleased to offer these free physicals through Exer, families may also choose to visit their own primary care physicians if that is more convenient.
