Volunteers Needed for Annual Benefit - Can You Help?

We still need 30 more volunteers and hope you will consider lending us a hand!

The Advancement Department is looking for parent volunteers for a variety of special tasks related to the upcoming Annual Benefit event. Please read the details below and if you can help, please sign up today on MobileServe. 

Thursday, March 14: Floral Prep - We need 5 parents to help unwrap bulk flowers and supplies that will be used for the floral centerpieces and decor. The work will be done at a home in Altadena from 12:00-2:00 pm. View the sign-up HERE

Friday, March 15: Transportation to the Event Site - We need the help of 4 parents with large vehicles (SUV, van, or pickup truck) to help us transport supplies and materials to the site of the event in Bradbury on the afternoon before the event from 1:00-3:00 pm. View the sign-up HERE

Saturday, March 16: Transportation and Tear-Down Needs - On the morning of the event (9:00-10:00 am), we need 6 volunteers with an SUV or van to transport the floral centerpieces from a home in Altadena to the event site in Bradbury. We also need 8 volunteers to assist with tearing down and loading up from 9:30-11:00 pm after the event. Lastly, we need 6 volunteers with large vehicles (SUV, van, or pickup truck), from 11:00 pm to about midnight, to transport materials from the event site in Bradbury back to Maranatha and help offload them into the Student Center. Due to the late evening timeframe of these last 2 volunteer opportunities, we are offering double Parent Service Program hours for volunteers who assist with those duties. View these 3 sign-ups HERE
