Summer Academy: Get Ahead This Summer
Our 2025 Summer Academy runs from June 9 through July 18. Students can enroll in courses that help earn credits, strengthen key academic skills, or explore new subjects in a focused, engaging environment. Classes will be held Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, with breaks on June 19 and July 4 for the holidays. 2nd Annual Summer Artificial Intelligence Program: Explore the Future
Artificial intelligence is shaping our world—from voice-activated devices and face recognition to self-driving cars and generative AI like ChatGPT. This summer, Maranatha High School is thrilled to welcome back Inspirit AI, an innovative, project-based program developed and taught by Stanford and MIT graduates.
Artificial intelligence is shaping our world—from voice-activated devices and face recognition to self-driving cars and generative AI like ChatGPT. This summer, Maranatha High School is thrilled to welcome back Inspirit AI, an innovative, project-based program developed and taught by Stanford and MIT graduates.
The program will run from June 9 to 20 (with the exception of June 19), 9:00 am to 12:30 pm daily. The Summer AI Program is designed for students from rising 8th grade through graduating 12th grade. Participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of AI, including how technologies like ChatGPT are built.
- Gain hands-on experience programming in Python.
- Discuss ethics and bias in AI.
- Work on group projects that apply AI to disciplines like healthcare, astronomy, finance, and more.
No prior computer science experience is required. The program, held in our TILE Lab—our hub for innovative, project-based tech education—offers 31.5 hours of immersive learning for a fee of $1600 USD.
