Athletics News and Game Schedule: Sept. 30 - Oct. 5

Girls' Volleyball has only one game this week. On Tuesday, October 1, they will travel to Heritage Christian to face the Lady Warriors in this week's Olympic League match up. The JV match begins at 5:00 pm and Varsity begins at 6:15 pm (no Frosh game). The Lady Minutemen currently stand at 17-14 as they head into the second half of league games.

 

Head Coach Mike Eaton and the Cross Country Team prepare for their 3rd meet of the season as they take on the Olympic League in a 5k race at Hansen Dam on Wednesday, October 3rd. Due to the heat advisory in effect, the meet has been rescheduled to Wednesday, October 16.

 

Girls’ Varsity Tennis stands at 6-1 for the season and will play host to both Providence High School on Wednesday, October 2, and the Village Christian Crusaders in the team’s first Olympic League Match on Thursday, October 3. Heads up Minutemen! Home tennis matches are played at the Pasadena High School tennis courts and begin at 3:30 pm. 

 

The Frosh Football Team plays host to Artesia High school on Thursday, October 3 rescheduled to Wednesday, October 2, with kickoff set for 4:00 pm.

 

Your Varsity Football Minutemen begin their journey within the Mesquite League as they play host to the Linfield Christian Lions on Friday, October 4, at 7:00 pm for our annual Homecoming Football Game. This exciting evening begins at 6:40 pm with the introduction of our 2024 Hall of Fame Inductees, as well as the presentation of this year's Homecoming court during our halftime recognition.
