Volunteer to Help and Get Early Access to the Used Uniform Sale

Would you like to preview the selection of used uniforms AND earn all 20 of next year’s volunteer hours by August? 

Then, we invite you to volunteer for the 3-day Used Uniform Sale on June 28-29 AND at the August 14th Back to School BBQ.  
 
Here is what you’d be responsible for: 
  1. Let us know if you want to participate; we need 10-12 volunteers. 
  2. Come to the Student Center on Friday afternoon June 28, 4:00- 6:30 pm to help set up and organize the sale. 
  3. Arrive at the sale on Saturday, June 29 at 7:30 am and work the sale from 8:00-11:00 am. 
  4. Greet and meet families - this may be their first interaction with MHS.
  5. Help clean up from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. 
  6. Help during the Back to School BBQ on August 14. Set up, sell, and clean up all that evening (approximately 4-5 hours).
 
Benefits of Volunteering:
  1. Connect with other families.
  2. All 20 of your Parent Service Program volunteer hours for the 2024/25 year are signed off.
  3. During the Friday evening prep, you may choose 10 used uniform items and purchase them that night. Please pay by cash or check. Items are approximately $5-10 each. (If you want more uniforms, you can purchase more items the next morning starting at 8:00 am.)
  4. Save money and resources!
