4 Ways to Support Maranatha Families Impacted by Wildfires

In light of the recent wildfires affecting our community, we have several ways to support our students and their families during this challenging time:

1. Donate to the Maranatha Emergency Relief Fund
We've set up this fund to provide direct financial assistance to families impacted by the wildfires, helping with essentials like temporary housing and daily expenses. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to bring meaningful relief to those in need. Every contribution counts. Learn more and donate here.

2. Support Families via GoFundMe
Some families have established GoFundMe pages to address their specific needs. Click here to view a list of these links, allowing you to contribute directly.

3. Donate School Uniforms or Gift Cards
Consider donating new or gently used school uniforms (read more in this related article), as well as gift cards to local stores and restaurants. These items can provide immediate relief and a sense of normalcy for affected students. Donations can be dropped off at the Student Center front desk during school hours.

4. Offer Temporary Housing
If you have available space in your home, consider hosting a family that has been displaced. We've created an online platform to connect those in need with those who can provide assistance. Share your need or offer assistance here.

Let's come together as a community, embodying Christ's love and compassion, to support one another during this time. Your generosity and kindness make a significant difference.

Thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ.
