Athletics News and Game Schedule: Oct. 27–Nov. 1

Maranatha, please join us at home this Friday as we celebrate Senior Night during the pregame of this week's football game vs. Whittier Christian. We will honor our seniors from Drumline, Cheer, and our Football. Senior Night acknowledgements will begin at 6:30 pm, followed by a 7:00 pm kickoff.

Football: The Minutemen came up victorious with a big Mesquite League victory of 21-14 over Big Bear High School last Friday. The team’s record now stands at 6-3 overall and 3-1 in league play, putting it in 2nd place with a guaranteed playoff berth. The team heads into their final week of regular season play and will host Whittier Christian and the Heralds for the team’s Senior Night game. Senior Night acknowledgements to begin on the field at 6:30 pm for Drumline, Cheer, and our Football senior student-athletes!  

 

Girls' Tennis heads into the week with Olympic League Prelims and Finals on Wednesday and Thursday, held at Whittier Narrows Tennis Center. Prelims are set to begin at 1:00 pm, and Finals are set for 2:00 pm. 

 

Cross Country now prepares for the Olympic League Final hosted on November 5 at Hansen Dam.   

 

Girls’ Golf: Congratulations to Pacifica Mahoney for finishing in 8th place in the Camino Real League Girls' Golf Final!
